Bio:
A former British Army soldier with distinguished service in the elite 16 Air Assault Brigade, having successfully completed the demanding P Company selection. Extensive operational experience as a Close Protection operative in Afghanistan and Africa.
Currently serving as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Army Reserves, as a training instructor.

Megan Redstall
Bio:
Registered paramedic BSc (Hons)
CPD First Aid Training Consultant delivering several first aid training courses to the private sector.
Megan is also a professional super flyweight boxer licensed under the British Boxing Board of Control.
