First Aid Training

Our First Aid training pathway is designed to take learners from the fundamentals of Emergency First Aid at Work through to the more advanced capabilities of a First Responder. Starting with essential life-saving skills, such as CPR, AED use, and managing common workplace injuries, the training progressively develops into handling more complex medical emergencies, trauma care, and incident management. This structured approach ensures candidates not only meet workplace compliance requirements but also build the confidence and competence to respond effectively in high-pressure, real-world situations. 

The First on the Scene RTA course is delivered in two parts, combining flexible learning with hands-on practical training. Part 1 consists of a self-study phase, where learners build a solid understanding of road traffic collision dynamics, scene safety, casualty assessment, and initial response priorities. Upon successful completion, candidates progress to Part 2, the practical phase, where they apply this knowledge in realistic, scenario-based exercises. The course is designed to develop the confidence and competence required to take control of an incident in those critical first moments before emergency services arrive.
